Moneyline Escrow Inc. is an independent escrow office
that handles home sales and refinancing.
Moneyline Escrow offers evening and weekend appointments,
and we have 2 Spanish speaking employees and 2 notaries
on staff. Moneyline Escrow prides itself on customer
service and we are always looking for new clients.
Moneyline Escrow moved to the Historical Nixon Home
in July of 2005'. We invite you to come by and visit
the historical site which we have lovingly refurbished.

About
Our Staff

Cheryl
Shoats-Manager, and part owner has over 24 years
experience in the Escrow business and has sat on many
local and state level escrow boards. Cheryl is proficient
in all areas of escrow, but prides herself on the personal
service the clients received at Moneyline Escrow. Cheryl
is truly a people-person who truly cares about her clients
and strives to make every transaction as smooth and
easy as possible.
Moneyline Escrow is located in Richard Nixon's former
home. Moneyline Escrow has a comfortable setting that
makes you feel right at home. Cheryl has done most of
the decorating of the house and feels that the "homey"
appeal to the house let's the clients feel more comfortable.

Veronica-Escrow
Assistant-
Veronica got her start in real estate processing, before
becoming an escrow assistant. Veronica is bilingual
and assists in document signing.

Dominique-Escrow
Assistant-
A veteran to Moneyline Escrow, Dominique has been with
the company for over 3 years. You will usually find
Dominique assisting Cheryl in any way she can.

Cindy-
Jr. Escrow Officer- Cindy has already been an important
part of the Moneyline Escrow team for about 6 months,
working as a Jr. Escrow Officer. Cindy lives locally
and has been in the escrow business for 3 years. Cindy
has always been intrigued by the challenge of escrow
and she is enthusiastic to learn more. Cindy is bilingual
and also brings her experience as a notary to the Moneyline
office.
